My boyfriend and stayed at this hotel on New Year's Eve 2008 and had a lovely time. Unlike many places, the room looked almost identical to the pictures on the website and was spotlessly clean with very modern decor and bathroom. The only downside was it was very hot even with the radiator off. The hotel is perfectly located within... more

The location was great and the room and the bathroom were clean but the room smelled like cigaratte smoke abit. there was no air conditioning in the room and the old fire station was located right next to the hotel...so you could hear the siren and the loud speaker throughout the night (ask for a room that does not face... more

Nice hotel, central location, within walking distance of most sites. We requested an early check in and high level floor (was worried about noise from fire station). Got a room on 6th floor (top) but didn’t get the early check in. Wasn’t a problem though as they were more than happy to store our luggage whilst we went site seeing,... more

Three of us spent 6 nights at the Trinity Capital Hotel. We were allowed to check in early around noon. We booked a triple room and received a very large room with 3 twin beds. The room was cleaned immaculately everyday. The bathroom was very modern and sparkling clean. We were given plenty of towels and several bottles of toiletries... more

Myself and two friends stayed here last week in the Georgian suite. It was beautiful, very spacious with a king size bed and a double sofa bed. The bathroom was enormous. The hotel itself is really central, right behind trinity college. The problem is the staff, they all seemed to be Polish with very, very little English. We arrived at... more

I usually hate when people come on here and moan about places but I felt i needed to voice my opinion on this place. Ok the hotel is in a fantastic location but thats about all that is good about this hotel. In my opinion they have an nerve claiming it to be four star, I have had more luxorious... more

I stayed here for one night with my girlfriend and we were very pleased with the experience. As many reviewers have noted the two main draws are the location, which is superb, and the interior of the hotel which is equal parts quirky, bizarre and gothic. It's refreshing to enter a hotel which makes an effort to do something a... more

Stayed here with 21 female friends which a friend had booked and arranged. Although we didn't expect to check in until 2pm we arrived before 10am and made very welcome. We were told all of the rooms were ready except one and were checked in quickly and efficiently. Hotel is a nice, quirky and clean as it looks on the... more

Stayed here for 3 nights on buisness. The hotel is in an excellant location - 5 minute walk from Temple Bar and approx 10 mins from the shops on Grafton Street. The interior lobby, bar and restaurant area have the most amazing design (oversize furniture, chandaliers and an arty flair to the design) although these communcal areas tended to be... more

Stayed here with my husband and 4 kids for my husband's 50th birthday. Two weeks prior to our arrival I called and asked for an upgrade if possible to surprise my husband which the receptionist said should not be a problem. No accomodation whatsoever was made. We had two HOT, LOUD, SMALL rooms. When I asked the manager to look... more
