You would think that them being so far from the main strip would make them work harder to keep gamblers happy and coming back. Instead, their casino employees are the most obnoxious in town. When my wife and her sister got there, we asked where the shark reef was. We were given the right directions- all the way on the... more

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas, which while a separate hotel, is located on the top 5 floors of Mandalay Bay. The Four Seasons does not have its own casino, but guests are an elevator ride away from the casino at Mandalay Bay. MB has one of the nicer casinos on the Strip (along with The... more

We attended a wedding at Mandalay Bay Wedding Chapel and enjoyed it immensely. However, we stopped into the main lounge in the casino (near the buffet) and could not get a cocktail to save our souls. We waved at the server several times while she stood talking to co-workers and were completely ignored. I finally went to the bar and... more

Stayed at the Mandalay Bay for 2 nights thinking it will be a nice place to stay, but we were sadly mistaken. The room was okay, nothing special. My husband liked the beach, but even the beach is not worth the stress and hassle this hotel will put you through. First day, elevator for levels 17 and higher were longer... more

I love to play craps! It's the greatest game ever, except when your dealer can't hear and/or can't count. I hope it was a dealer problem as opposed to outright cheating by the institution. However, I asked to speak to the Pit Boss about the situation (twice). He was too busy to even speak to me. I guess they don't... more

This is definitely a nice place, but not anything special. Unless you are staying at this hotel, there is no reason to come to play here. If you like to gamble in elegant surroundings, you should go to the Bellagio or the Wynn. And if you are looking for good slot machines, you are better off going to the nearby... more

I stayed here for a week in May and spent most of my time at the casino. Didn't have much luck, but I will say that everyone was really friendly and the atmosphere was open and clean. Drink service was very good as well, so I don't have any complaints (other than all the losing). more

No major complants about the casino. Only that some of the dealers were difficult to understand because of their accent. Casino was very clean and the drinks kept coming. more
