We stayed in a suite, and thoroughly enjoyed having a sitting area to watch TV. We stayed for a week and loved the location. It is off the strip, but since it is a Harrah's property we were able to ride the free shuttle to all Harrah's properties (Bally's, Flamingo, Harrah's, Rio). The shuttle runs 10 am to 1am; so... more

Dealers here are nice, friendly and helpful. We won more money on the slots here in 30 min that we did on the southwest side of the strip the entre stay. The masq show was ehh. I wouldnt go just to see that. We wanted to try to catch the dinner buffett, but we could not work it in. We... more

My husband and I stayed at the Rio April 9-14 2008. Upon arrival to The Rio, we were taken back by how long the line was to check in. We waited over an hour to just check in. This was so frustrating. My husband and I were ready to enjoy our trip and had to stand in line for over... more

We Stayed @ the Rio On Dec 20th –23rd this year. Our Flight from Wichita was fine and transition to the new rental car area was perfect, Love the new centralized area. We arrived at the Rio Lickety split (via Albertson’s for a few supplies) thanks to our new Garmin GPS, no maps to fool with. At check in the... more

we stayed at the rio in sept. 2007 the stay overall was great. We arrived on thur. morning at 9:00a.m and we requested 2 connecting rooms smoking they were very friendly at the check in and assured us this would be no problem. Our rooms were both ready at 1:30 p.m. and they called my cell phone twice to let... more

In my research on Las Vegas, I came to the conclusion that I didn't want to go to the Rio. It was off the strip and seemed like a waste of my time. HOW WRONG I WAS!!! Rio is owned/operated by the Bally's group, so keep in mind that there is a free shuttle from Bally's on the strip to... more

We had a great visit to the Rio Casino earlier this month. We took the shuttle from Harrah's which made it very convenient. We had very good luck there - which won't always happen, but made the visit especially good. I thought the cocktail service was exceptional. The sign advertises the friendliest cocktail waitresses in Vegas and after visiting there... more

This place is worth venturing off-Strip to check out. We caught the free shuttle from Bally’s (it’s also available from Harrah’s or Caesars Palace). Drink service in the casino was good, and we enjoyed the free aerial Masquerade show above the casino much more than we expected to. The Rio has a fun and exciting vibe. There are tons of... more

We stayed at the Rio from May 27-30, 2005. The staff was great, service excellent and the rooms spacious. Most of all, the place "rocks" from 3:00 in the afternoon through the evening with the "Parade in the Sky", dancing numbers and music that swells through the Masquerade Village. It is so much fun, you never want to leave. In... more

Every year for five years now, we have gone to the Rio, we have been to the Luxor and Harrahs and always go back to the Rio. Wonderful fun, great, spacious rooms. Casino is fun and always lively. Young crowd, makes an older person like myself and husband feel young again as well. Always treated very well. Waitress/entertainers are always... more
