Customer service at this hotel stinks... We reserved for a two night stay, then decided to extend it for an extra night. When we got here they front desk said we had only paid for 1 night, which wasn't true. We had also reserved for a newly updated room with a "spectacular view of the strip", which also wasn't true.... more
