The world famous strip is crazy, fun, and crowded. I would recommend walking it at night and during the day for different experiences. more

If you want it you can probably find it somewhere on the strip. You can spend days just checking out all the cool designs of the different hotels and casinos which is a good way to spend some time for free. It is a busy place 24 hours a day. Don't make the mistake of choosing style of comfort when... more

The Strip is actually Las Vegas Boulevard. Much of what you would want to see runs from the Mandalay Bay hotel area in the far southern end and close to the airport to the Stratosphere hotel in the north. I will guess that covers at least a good three miles and you can walk it all like we did. The... more

We stayed in Vegas in Sept 08. We stayed downtown to experience the Fremont scene for the first three nights and then we moved to the strip. We loved both places for different reasons. The strip was fun, fast, and there was always so much going on at all times of the day and, especially, night. There are many free... more

I did enjoy the Strip, but will be glad if I never see it again. Of course if you visit Vegas you have to see the strip, basically because there is bugger all else in Vegas but the strip. It's long. Very, very long. Don't forget to purchase a life saving Deuce ticket. The Deuce is a bus that goes... more

I am addicted to the Strip! There is sooo much to do and see. You could easily make a visit to Vegas on a very limited budget, even staying on the strip (sign up for e-mails from Planet Hollywood, Stratosphere, Harrah's, etc. for great promotions). My husband and I don't gamble, so we can stay very entertained for cheap just... more

I love the strip, especially at night, there's so much to see and do. Whether you're hotel hopping, people watching, shopping, it's fantastic. Only place I've ever been where you can walk down a public street with any kind of alcohol in your hand. more

It's actually doable to walk the strip when it's not too hot. You can pop in and out of hotels and shopping centers and see plenty of free attractions. Things tend to peter out north of TI and the Wynn but there's plenty between Mandalay Bay and TI. more

What can I say other than Las Vegas Baby! My first trip to Sin City and loved it! Don't think I spent more than 5 hours a day in my hotel room (Tropicana) as we were always roaming the strip hopping from hotel to hotel hitting up all the different casinos, shows and bars. Always great to be able to... more
