Whata perfect place to celebrate Independence day at Wet Republic then anywhere else in Vegas. The flyer said that Vanilla Ice and MC Hammer were headlining that day, so I knew the cover was going to be crazy high. A friend and I went here two hot afternoons in June to avoid being at the main pool with kids. First of all, the hours are 11am-6pm daily. If you go here, know what to expect - if you are a guest at MGM, we were told you can get in before noon for no charge (we're girls). You cannot... more

Friends and I rented a cabana over memorial day weekend. Everybody there is a perfect ten (looks - not brains, trust me) and we had a blast. Food and service is great, it's a hell of a way to spend a day. I'd recommend either a bungalow or a cabana, otherwise you'll be unprotected from the sun all day or... more

After not being able to find a chair at the regular MGM pool my Lil Sis went to Wet Republic and asked what they could do for our group of 10? One of the reasons we wanted to stay at the MGM was for their new pool party at the Wet Republic. I bought pre-sale tickets at the MGM concierge, dismayed to find out they were $100, but bought them anyways because we expected the place to be packed, like a REHAB party.
