The Stratosphere tower is definitely worth checking out for a awesome views of Vegas. It's kind of pricey just to go up in a tower, but it's comparable to the Hancock Observatory in Chicago and probably any other city, and it's really worth it. It's kind of way up by itself, but it's not too bad. more

What can be more scary than being shot up in the air with a view of the Vegas Strip... on the worlds tallest ride at 1100 feet? The free fall is unbelievable...I rode this ride for the first time 13 years ago and 13 years later it doesnt disappoint. They take your photo at the top for extra laughs.... more

This hotel is probably the worst hotel I have ever been to. First off the room they gave us was horrible. When you walk in to turn on the lights they flicker once then twice and then the third times the charm. You can hear people in the hallway/other room. When my girlfriend and I stayed at the Stratosphere we were welcomed by a friend that happened to work at the front desk. He was very nice and upgraded us to a suite. So far so good. In the casino I had never seen so many cigarette bums. I had never been swindled out of half a pack of cigs.... more
