Recently stayed there for one evening. The room was fine, the service was fine, the restaurants were all good, but the whole place stinks of cigarette smoke. You couldn't get away from smoke; I felt like a smoked ham after only one day. The other thing is watching people who obviously couldn't afford to lose money, losing money. There may... more

Dined on Monday, October 19. My group of guys has been to Delmonico's three times now. The previous two were outstanding with great service and great food. This time was clearly a swing and a miss. We had reservations for five folks and were 15 minutes early for our reservation. 50 minutes later I checked on our reservation and had... more

This was our 2nd visit to Mon Ami Gabi (1st was in 2007) and it was just as good as we remembered. We ventured in on a saturday and it was very busy (however, we'd booked a table the day before which was ready and waiting for us). Hubby had steak au poivre and was very impressed. I had the... more

First time at this Hafbrauhaus. Have been to the one in Cincinnati, OH. Great fun if you go with an attitude that you are going to have great fun. Raise your glass and shout with the band and others at your table. Clap and dance and let your hair down. If you just sit and don't join in the fun... more

We took a Gray Line tour to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon Oct 24, 2009. Just as the bus got into the Grand Canyon national park, warning lights started flashing and beeping - the bus had an air pressure leak and we could not go on. A driver from a passing bus (a different bus company) let our... more

We have spent the last five years of our vacation at Monte Carlo Hotel Las Vegas. the service is excellent and we are very pleased. The restaurants are nice although I miss the Blackstone Restaurant with the delicious Prime Rib, Brand is okay. Monte Carlo is the place for us! We will stay over and over again! Art more

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. I read some reviews about the Plaza before I booked and realized that it wouldn't be much, but at least it was cheap. Besides, I was in Vegas right? Who stays in their room that much? So, even going into it my expectations were very low, but our actual experience... more

I've travelled the world a bit, yet never had been to Vegas so I thought it was about time to see what all the hype was about. The overall impression: worth the hype! The weather was perfect, the options for shows and dining experiences were endless, and the thrill of gambling even won me over! I met my guy friend... more

We bought tickets for the show from one of the discounters in town, intrigued to view for myself what appeared to be a show with mixed reviews. I have to say that, having gone into it with an open mind (as the positive commentaries had suggested), I soon found myself tiring of the show and the silliness of it all.... more

This was our first time staying here and it will not be our last! Arrived at check-in around 10pm on a Monday night and only waited about 10 minutes to check-in. Excellent service from the front desk staff. Got a great room on the 58th floor with a beautiful view down the south strip. Loved everything about the room! The... more

We decided to save some money for gambling and dinners so we decided to go with a 3 star. We stayed at the Four Seasons during the week for my husband's conference and transferred here for the weekend. I booked it through priceline and got it for $60 night and that was good considering the U2 concert and other happenings... more

I was very nervous about our stay at the Flamingo after reading the reviews so I decided to pay the extra 30 a night and upgrade to a Go Room. At curbside the guy told us the line was very long and asked if we wanted to leave our bags and check in later, we decided to go inside and... more

Overall our experience with the Bellagio Buffet was a good one. We wanted to go for breakfast but got a rather late start and got in line around 10:15am. The line went fast and when we got to the front the hostess told us that we were lucky because we would be charged for the breakfast price and they were... more

A great hotel, fantastic room and an amazin' pool area, the MGM Grand is an incredible option for staying in Vegas. We booked via an offer thru' Travel Zoo - just over $200 for 5 nights in the Tower, late Sept/early Oct. Seemed too good to be true but it lived-up to our expectations, with 2 for 1 buffet access... more

Huge hotel. Room (Bungalow suite) was immaculate. Checked in at McCarron Airport which was seamless and simple. Felt a bit anonymous, but I suppose that is typical of all huge Vegas resort hotels. Pool area very good. Only down side for me was table minimums were too high, too early in the day, however this did work in my favour... more

Had dinner here after seeing Blue Man Group (which is right next door). All three of us decided on Surf & Turf. Steaks were cooked to perfection and Lobster was incredible, asparagus was to die for. The reviews we read were all correct, it is a beautiful hotel, BUT there are some shortcommings, like no coffee pot in the room, nor did they have a hair dryer. I mean, even Days Inn offer these amenities. You have to walk throught he casino to get anywhere in the hotel and it is a L O N G... more

We really had a good time at this steakhouse. I had the filet and my husband had the sirloin. We shared the mac and cheese--it was the best I have every had! I would go back just to eat that. Our waiter was really attentive but not overly. Lovely wine list. We ate at many restaurants while there and this... more
